Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through VibeCody, operated by Lagodish Tech. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something went wrong, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

2. Web Purchases — Paddle

All purchases made through the VibeCody web app are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance on behalf of Lagodish Tech.

Subscriptions: You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order details and we will process the refund through Paddle.

Token top-ups: Extra token packs are one-time purchases. Unused token packs are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once tokens have been consumed, they are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your VibeCody subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period unless required by applicable law.

4. iOS Purchases — Apple App Store

Purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple. Lagodish Tech cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions.

5. Exceptions

If a technical error on our end resulted in a charge without delivering the purchased service or tokens, contact us and we will issue a full refund regardless of the timeframes above.
